1. Subscription Refunds
  • Once a plan is activated, no refund or modification is permitted.
  • Refunds apply only in case of failed transactions or technical errors before activation.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment.
2. Set-Top Box Refunds
  • Hardware products (STBs) are non-refundable once unboxed or activated.
  • Replacement will only be issued for defective devices within 7 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and invoice are intact.
3. Transaction Failures

If a user’s payment is deducted but not reflected, the transaction will be verified with the payment gateway or bank.

Upon successful verification of deduction, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Distributor / Partner Refunds
  • Wallet top-ups for distributors and LCOs are non-refundable, as they are fully utilizable for future activations.
  • Any overcharge or double deduction will be verified and adjusted in the next billing cycle.
