1. Subscription Refunds
- Once a plan is activated, no refund or modification is permitted.
- Refunds apply only in case of failed transactions or technical errors before activation.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment.
If a user’s payment is deducted but not reflected, the transaction will be verified with the payment gateway or bank.
Upon successful verification of deduction, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
